PADI Rescue Diver
The PADI Rescue Diver course can by far be considered the most challenging, yet rewarding and fun course you will do as a diver. This course will equip you to prevent and manage problems above and underwater. It prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor or major, by using a variety of rescue techniques.
To successfully complete the Rescue course, you will make use the rescue materials for knowledge development and study the different rescue scenarios. After going through the theory it is time to work on your rescue skills in the pool where you learn different rescue techniques and practice various problem solving skills. As soon as this is second nature, we will move to the ocean and put your newly acquired skills into practice and work through some real-life rescue simulations.
After completing the Rescue course, you have become a different diver and buddy. You will learn how to avoid complications, recognise issues before they occur, and be able to anticipate and adequately solve problems while diving. Be prepared for those unexpected emergencies and do your PADI Rescue Diver course today!
The PADI Rescue Diver course will train you to think on your feet and handle diving related problems with confidence in case they occur. After practicing different (self) rescue techniques in the pool you will be ready to deal with real-life rescue scenarios in the ocean. All Rescue Divers will agree that taking the Rescue course will be the most rewarding, challenging and fun course there is to do!
The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with all kinds of dive emergencies. During the knowledge development you learn what to look out for and how to respond to different scenarios. The topics that will be covered include:

From calming down a tired diver to surfacing a distressed diver underwater, this course will cover all kinds of emergency situations a diver can find oneself in.
We will now be taking the rescue skills you have mastered in the pool to the ocean and use them during real-life rescue simulations. This will teach you to think on your feet, respond to the situation at hand and aduquatly act on your rescue plan. After completing the rescue scenarios in the ocean you will have become a better skilled and more confident diver and buddy.
The Emergency First Response course focuses on building confidence and a willingness to respond to a medical emergency. What Diver’s Say
Before doing my Rescue course, Monique said that afterwards I’ll be a different diver. I didn’t really believe that, until later I did my next group dive. Knowing what to look out for and being confident in how to deal with it, makes a huge difference as a diver.
The course was so much fun, specially the pool training was awesome. I’m a big guy, but trying to rescue someone in the water is a different ball game. Learning how to deal with panic and distress was such a good learning experience. Totally worth the challenge!
